With a BS in Chemical Engineering (Hons) from HOWARD UNIVERSITY – Washington D.C., she worked till recently as the MD, FSS Gases Ltd to successfully specify, design, and distribute ALL fire suppression systems offered by Tyco Safety products in the West African market. She is well trained in engineering of integrated fire safety systems by Tyco. Prior to that, she was a consultant in HSE with particular emphasis in PROCESS, MANUFACTURING and ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY in several countries.

While in the US, Antonia worked as a process engineer for MERCK SHARP & DOHM and MONSANTO CHEMICAL garnering skills in regulatory compliance, GMP and Root Cause Analysis. She is a member of the American Society of Chemical Engineers and American Society of Black Engineers. She contributes tremendously in the following areas: Identification and Development of OEM representation ensuring continuous upgrade of technology, products and services. Project management and engineering guidance on the design and supply of all safety systems. HAZOP, HAZID, CONSEQUENCE & RISK ANALYSIS Safety Audits Development of operational policies/procedures in line with GMP. Supervises implementation of a good HSE policy.

Mrs Uche is a 1992 graduate of Library & Political Science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State. She bagged her Masters Degree in Public Administration (MPA) in 1999 from the University of Lagos (UNILAG).

Mrs. Uche is a seasoned Human Resource and Administration practitioner and has in the last 16 years practiced in various sectors such as Information Technology, Oil & Gas, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare among others. She has also had opportunities of practicing outside the shores of Nigeria. She is a corperate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN).
